Easter was a wonderful day spent with my Husband. We started the day by attending our Church and then returned home. My personal chef, Rob, (my husband) smoked a rack of lamb that our friend Deborah had given us (she raised the lamb). He fixed a pasta salad, steamed zucs, deviled eggs and some flat bread. I, of course, had mint jelly with my lamb. It was absolutley delicious. We spent the rest of Easter together which is rare. It was a very good day. Thank you God for my Husband and my home. I am very blessed because God loves me.
